A visit to our premises is thoroughly recommended, during your visit you’ll meet our clinical team to experience in-person, what Neu Living provides and whether it’s the right choice for you or your loved one.

Following your first discussion with us and your visit, you can complete a referral form which can currently be requested from enquiries@neu.living. We will then review it and get in touch with you to arrange an assessment.

Methods of funding?

• Consult a legal professional if you were involved in an accident
• Neu Living can assist you through the process of applying for NHS ‘ICB’ funding if this is applicable to you.
• Self funding
• You may have health insurance through your place of work or your spouse’s employer.
• You may be able to claim through alternative insurance policies.

When the assessment has been carried out and finances have been reviewed, an admission date to Neu Living will be set.
