Apply: Call or e-mail to submit a referral. A patient, family member, clinician, physician or legal representative can make the referral.
Assess: Our Admission Specialist will evaluate the patient’s situation against the criteria for admittance.
Visit: Neu Living’s Clinical Liaison will visit with you onsite to discuss individualised rehabilitation options and will provide answers to many of the questions you may have.
Tour: We welcome patients and family members to tour our facility during business hours Monday to Friday (09:00 – 16:00). Arrangements can be made if a tour is needed on the weekend.
Decide: The Clinical Program Director will decide which program will provide the best treatment and outcomes.
Accept: Admission date will be scheduled.
